Mô tả công việc:
- Perform Outbound Call.
- Stand by for Customer Service hotline.
- Check, maintain and develop SMS system to provide clients with information relating to contract correctly and timely.
- Responsible for customer service via e-mail (send mail to you by email, feedback to customers via email, ...).
- Other tasks as assigned by Deparment Head.
Yêu cầu công việc:
- At least 1-2 years in Customer service, Customer care, Call center in Life Insurance.
- Proficient in Ms Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Good in numeracy skill; logical thinking; planning and problem solving skills.
- Good in people skills, including communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Fair in English skills.
- Talking skill via telephone.
- Demonstrates honesty, resilience, responsibility, initiative and adaptability.
