Mô tả công việc: Our Assistant Property Managers are primarily responsible for the following:
Assist in set-up and implementation of operational procedures and performance standards
Liaise on behalf of the management with tenants and respond to their individual needs
Oversees and troubleshoots daily operational and administrative activities and issues
Reports immediately to the Property Manager any situation or incident that may have a detrimental impact on the property’s image or reputation
Co-ordinate efforts of all departments and work as intermediary on behalf of the management to settle any problems and/or disputes
Write all internal and external correspondences both in Vietnamese and English and/or review and initial all Sales and Marketing documents before presenting these to the Property Manager
Contact suppliers and/or contractors on behalf of the Property Manager, also in coordination with the Accounts Assistant, as and when appropriate
Work in close coordination with the Property Manager to creatively develop and improve the Property’s public profile within the market
Willingly and ably assist and advise the Property Manager in regards to any other reasonable requests, as required

Our Assistant Property Managers must have the following qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel management, Commercial or equivalent
• At least 1 years working in the similar position
• Proficient in English
• Good computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel & Power point) and the use of the Internet
