HR Strategy’s client is a company specializing in tour and travel services. They are now looking for a highly qualified candidate for Sales Supervisor position.
Working location: HCM City
- Plan and oversee business development efforts for the company in assigned areas/ clusters with a goal to on-board high-quality budget hotels on to the company networks
Identify new hotels that meet the company standards in term of location, pricing, infrastructure quality, owner willingness… and pitch the company’s partnership proposal
- Negotiate the company’s commercial agreement with interested hotels and sign-up rooms
- Strengthen relationship with existing hotel owners & other relevant stakeholders
- Collaborate with other teams in the company such as operations, marketing, pricing, customer support, finance… to ensure smooth function of hotels on day-to-day basis

Yêu cầu công việc:
- At least 2 years of high quality experience in tour sales and providing travel services.
Strong analytical skills and ability to structure/ negotiate large and complex business deals
- Mature, professional and has ability to build and maintain strong business relationships with clients
- High degree of ownership, roll-up-your-sleeve attitude & willingness to get the task completed
- Relevant experience in hospitality industry is an advantage
- Experience in early-stage startup environments preferred
