● Consulting services to the customer’s inquiries via email, live chat, phone, etc.
● Providing a polite, professional and accurate communication
● Handling and resolving customer complaints
● Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
● Provide pricing and delivery information
● Collecting or delivering dossiers from/to customers;
● Filling in relevant forms;
● Perform customer verifications
● Contacting and updating with authorities;
● Write and post information to Social networks
● Other activities to help customers finish the service

Yêu cầu công việc:
● No working experience required
● Candidate must possess at least a College Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent
● Logical thinking ability
● Motivated and proactive
● Careful and patient style of work
● Strong written, listening, reading and speaking English skills
● Ability to work under pressure
● Good problem solving, collaboration, and communication skills
● Negotiation skills
