- Following up order status, check order with inventory status for each SKU
- Print out and follow up delivery note.
- Monitor inventory, working with sales to maintain appropriate inventory levels to meet working capital targets.
- Perform weekly and monthly physical inventory counts at all the warehouses and highlight variances to the management.
- Calculating purchasing price, shipping cost, other cost… to record inventory costs.
- Daily checking with sales accountant about quantity between invoices and delivery note.
- Participate in accurate and timely closing of General Ledgers on monthly.
Yêu cầu công việc:
Requirements
- University degree in Accounting, Finance;
- Having at least 03 years’ experience in same position (working in foods manufacturing companies is preferable);
- Good skills of Microsoft Excel.
- Proficient oral and written English (Speaking Korean is preferable).
- Can work under high pressure with problem solving skills;
- Hard working & high sense of responsibilities.
- Detailed orient, well organized, pro-active.
- Honest & Calm character.
- Willing to learn and take new tasks as requested.
