1) Manufactured quality product through production teams:
- Maximize efficiencies
- Maximized yields
- Executed production plan
- Ensured quality product
2) Managed cost:
- Formulate budget
- Manage budget through RE process
- Monitor & manage:
+ Production Variances
+ Production Overheads
+ COE (budget control)
- Manage working capital
3) Managed & Developed staffs:
- Staff performance managed
- Developed people through programs such as:
+ Skills development
+ Technical training
+ People Plan
+ Coaching & Mentoring
- Recruit, select and retain staff
- Develop and retain talent
4) Strategy formulated and managed through continuous improvement initiatives:
- Identify most value-adding opportunities.
- Implement applicable continuous improvement programmes i.e. SOE, TPM, etc.
- Identify benchmarks and best practices.
- Set goals and targets for improvement.
- Ensure sustainability of all initiatives.
5) Complied to manufacturing system requirement:
- Maintained Manufacturing System:
+ Food safety
+ Source water protection plan
+ Source vulnerability assessment
6) Managed assets:
- All Machines and equipment in production are maintained.
- Ensure maintenance plan is executed as per plan.
Yêu cầu công việc:
- 3-5 years of manufacturing management experience in FMCG Companies
- Bachelor’s Degree is required
- English: good in writing & speaking, excellent in listening.
- Networking, Influencing and Communication Skills
- Managing People
- Written Communication
- Entrepreneurial spirit.
