Mô tả công việc:
- Directly manage the activities of the Sales Operation Department to ensure compliance role and tasks of company rules.
- Develop policies to support the distributor operation to ensure the development objectives of the distribution system in line with the development orientation of the company.
- Deployment and control the business objectives and business strategy of the company's Director of Business and down the branch, region
- Supervising the general analysis of the information from the market, the retail sales staff aim to make development of solutions to support business objectives for each region
- Monitoring the synthesis of information on consumption of products aims to provide solutions to support sales in each region, and the distributors, to help remedy decline or fail to plan .
- Monitoring the implementation of cost tracking and budgeting of staff Sales tracking budgets and expenses Sales. Control and monitor all activities of Sales expenses before submitting them to competent authorities for approval
- Monitoring of the implementation plan of retail consumer sales
- Monitoring the implementation of the sales operations from the collection of payment programs from Trade Marketing submitted by distributors implementation review and check for forwarding to the Accounting Department for payment.
- To receive the answers to the questions of distributors, retail point of policy relating to the Company in the competent authorities. In the case of ultra vires Sales Director report allows for direct settlement
- Monitoring the implementation of the distributor selection process, in conducting the examination of documents by the distributor candidate resumes to Area Sales Manager in accordance with procedures issued before moving to Sales Director’s approval.
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Education: University
- Major: Accounting or Business Administration
- Preferred have 5 years experience in the financial sector, at least 1 year experience in Sales Operation Manager or same position
- Having 5 years experience in sales
