- Develop and plan sales strategies to enhance competitive position in the market.
- Plan, control, direct, manage activities of the sales force to attain maximum sales volume and develop maximum potential volume from all markets for the organization's products and/or services.
- Be responsible for the development of an extensive dealer network.
- Direct, coordinate and control all sales of products.
- Supervise, guide and evaluate activities of the sales force.
- Pursue new distribution channels and business opportunities.
- Recommend and deploy sales strategies.
- Prepare annual sales forecasts and reports.
- Recruit, select, develop and manage channel accounts to meet company’s sales goals.
- Contact dealers and resellers to develop account relationships.
- Formulate programs and incentives for various channels.
Yêu cầu công việc:
- University or above
- At least 2 years at the same position and 5 years in FMCG
- Excellent in communication, organization, analysis, management, strategic planning and forecast.
- English in communication & Good at MS Office
- Responsible, interpersonal, strong, dominant, dynamic & initiative, able to work under high pressure
